So I had this idea of bringing a bit more of an edgy look to the blog, dropping some of my own personal real life fashion decisions in game. I, being the tattooed covered circus freak, found these lovely prim ears with tunneled gauged plugs that drove me wild. If only I could have prim ears I could interchange daily so that I didn’t have to go through the nonsense of stretching my ear holes out. Thank you Llis Kirax, for bringing my vision into play for this next posting.

Outfit number one has got to be my personal favorite in game at this present time. It screams indie rock with a punkish flare, which tickles me pink. My favorite glasses from Miel are present, as well as the *Luck Inc.* Petite White Dress that just goes amazing with the Slit Tights from *Gigi Couture*.

This second outfit was brought to mind by looking at an old friend of mines Myspace page, decked to the nine in pink with her pink Christmas tree, pink hair and pink Hello Kitty everything. I love these legging/pajama pants from oyakin. Everything is super cheap there, and the quality is epic. Paired with my oh so amazing Team Edward shirt, we all know I’m rooting for the vampires.

A bit of the old ultra-violence.

Rosalie Hale! Now this one I could pull off. Meyer describes Rosalie as pretty much a blonde barbie. HAH. I probably just dissed my character, but whatever. The blonde part I have covered, for sure. She also apparently was like a model, with great accessories, a beautiful face, statuesque body and envious style. Ez pz!

Of course, you automatically disliked Rosalie from the start because she was stuck-up, haughty, and rather rude to Bella until the 3rd book. It’s understandably why, but regardless she portrays the girl everyone wants to be. Stylish, good looking, loved. Her and Emmett’s relationship cracks me up!

So whipping out the hotness, I went all in, balls out for my Rosalie reincarnation. The blazer was blogged in an earlier post from (Madsy), but I felt I needed to bring it back for this one. The {Gisaci} blouse was from a long while ago but the belt embellishment I felt was crucial to this piece. [savvy avvy] style pants, FNKY! heels and a few choice accessories created this look. Again, dark hair is not my thing. Don’t ask why I randomly had bought a fri.day hair in black….but I did! But good thing because I always pictured, while reading Twilight, that Alice’s hair was down to at least between her ears and chin. The spikey thing they have Ashley Greene rocking on those movies is kinda sorta awful (No offense).

Anyway, Alice Cullen is my favorite character because she’s so carefree. Fashion-forward and a big ball of happiness, she inserts the much needed comic relief into the books.

I found a boho scarf while browsing Mix & Match one afternoon, and I felt that this piece was essential to the overall Alice look I was attempting to achieve. Now, these flats that Tyr from Tyranny Designs had given me were adorable so I knew they would pair well. I dressed the flamboyancy down with a darkened babydoll dress (freebie!) from PARALLEL LOVE and voila. Alice Cullen!

What a stupid lamb. What a sick, masochistic lion.

Hai. So, I don’t wear brunette hair in world (as you probably can tell) so I enlisted help with this one. Joceyln Viper (SHAMELESS PLUG ALERT: She is the creator of Naked Banana {which was blogged in an earlier post} and her stuff is absolutely adorable. Go check it out!) was kind enough to trade in her flamboyant scene style for a more demure & shy look in order to portray Bella Swan from the Twilight series today. If you ask me, she looks like Bella incarnate! Meyer said it herself: she intended Bella to be an “every girl.” Ideally, that means anyone can relate to Bella, so it’s all the more exciting when something incredible and magical happens to her – a gorgeous boy/man of mythic proportions sees her as unique and completely irresistible. She becomes so precious to this man that he’s willing to sacrifice anything for her. And maybe, through the average Bella, we can imagine that it’s possible for something magical to happen to us, too.

Plain sweater and jeans (yet nonetheless adorable) and some chucks completed Bella’s ‘every girl’ look. As well as some slightly waved brown locks from TRUTH gave the lovely Joceyln our boring Bella look today! <3 Thanks Joc.

The Bloodsucker or the Dog?

I feel incredibly cliche. Not only cliche, but almost like a teenager again. I’m sure you’ve heard of the ‘Twilight’ sensation that’s swept the damn nation. I mean. God. Even people living under rocks have heard of it. About 2 years ago, I wanted to see what all the hoop-lah was about, so I picked up a copy of the first one. Anndd devoured it. Now, it’s a little teeny-bopperish, I will admit, but the way Meyer’s writing captured the raw emotion of puppy love in it’s highest concentrate was thrilling. Anyways, blah blah, 4 splendid books and one horrible movie later, we Twilight fans are awaiting this 2nd movie to come. Cross your fingers that it won’t suck like it’s predecessor!
