This world is a cruel place

My darling readers, I’ve missed you terribly. I do apologize for my lack of quality posting, but in all honesty, I’ve grown bored with Second Life. -gasp!- Yes I know, I can barely believe it myself. But no matter how boring SL is to me, I will still try and pop back in to give you some goodies.

This post is currently dedicated to some new releases by my friend Aikea Rieko at [The Plastik.]. She has been so gracious to give me this and that, and it’s time that I get to work.

Her brand spanking new Tomboy Tee’s are uber sexy. I can’t seem to take them off, even if I wanted to. The cinched side with the appealing sculpted prim attachments really set this shirt off. Much like her other work, they come in many different colors and patterns.

That and the new Recluse Collar, it made for a full posting this week. So many different styles inside these packs. They have plain, bound, buckled and feathered.

Once again, thank you Aikea for your super bomb-tastic styles and making ugly avatars look pretty grid wide.

Don’t pretend you ever forgot about me.

Snow day! Whoooo. I love waking up and not being able to move my car. I finally get more than one day off this week! So to celebrate, I blogged you some recent new release that you MUST pick up. So I didn’t really get to go to all the Fifty Linden Friday stores this week. It seems that everyone on the grid has found out about it, so each sim is packed everytime I try to go . Alika does it smart and wakes up super early to do it, but me? Not so much.  So I force my way through the lag and stupid bling scripts and thigh-highs to attempt to get the damn ad to rez. And then once it does, getting to be able to buy it since 35 other people are trying to buy it as well. SIGH. So, based on the trend of what normally is released by each owner and how often I usually keep their item, I kind of skip around and go to the stores that I like best. Which brings us to today’s post! This first outfit is a compilation of old old stuff, group gifts, and FLF items from last week and this week. Anya Ohmai from !Ohmai‘s item, Basics One-Piece was absolutely adorable. I mean, all those colors for 50 Linden? She pretty much gave that wonderful outfit away. But we love her for it. The white undershirt in this piece is from Pig and I’ve gotta say it was love at first sight. I wear it with the bow and without the bow in a variety of ways. Gawjuss, all of it!

I love that the band around the hair has more than a few solid color choices as well as patterned. I love that the hair has no flex to it and is all sculpt. I. love it. Got it? Good. Paired with a treat from Tres Blah, my character looks like she’s dreaming of summer but still keeping warm from the freezing cold. Did I mention 7 inches of snow where I live? WOH?

I’m excited about this one! The lovely Aikea Rieko from the Plastik created a gorgeous lingerie line called Valerian. I’m in lust! Each piece has a ripped quality yet still so chic. Also on today’s delectable menu, is new skin by Asuka Martin of Dernier Cri celebrity. Charlotte is a peach. Her toned stomach, bronzed cheeks, and full yet dry looking pink lips give her a realistic yet hot edge. I’ve never been one for the photorealistic skins that some people enjoy, so Charlotte was a real treat. Coming in two options, (Freckles or without freckles), she’s a cutie pie.
