Heeeyyy. It’s been a few days. Been back to work and like, still sick and whatnot. Alika’s computer went #%&^$%&$@ so she hasn’t been able to blog either. But it’s fixed and we’re back. So hai! (: My look pretty much consists of gifts acquired from the Skipping Stones: Down the Chimney Hunt. I mean, I was actually surprised at the gifts in this one. Granted, I’m picky so a lot of them were deleted, but I kept a ton more than I thought I would. I was absolutely floored by my friend Tyr Rozenblum (of Tyranny Design’s) gift. I loved it! Sooo super cute. As well as the skirt they gave from couverture.

I was blog browsing one day and ran across new releases from [BURIED]. I had actually never heard of this store before! I was on Skype with Trace so I said “Hey, let’s go check out this male hair store.” And of course, being the hair whore that he is (I mean, it’s like we were destined. xD) we went. I think he bought all of them? Anyways, he decided to use this one in this post and I love it. His over all look is kind of like, lead guitar for an indie punk rock band. With the top from *ARAI* and the shorts from Doppelganger, it’s a hit.

Onto some looks! I don’t talk about what I blog. I used to but I found that they kinda speak for themselves. I’m sure you all don’t care that I go on and on about how such and such piece from so-and-so store makes me jism and all of that good stuff. You just wanna see the crafted look and if you like a certain piece I’m wearing, you wanna go to that person’s store and check it out. Feast your eyes, ya blog bastards.
So I had this idea of bringing a bit more of an edgy look to the blog, dropping some of my own personal real life fashion decisions in game. I, being the tattooed covered circus freak, found these lovely prim ears with tunneled gauged plugs that drove me wild. If only I could have prim ears I could interchange daily so that I didn’t have to go through the nonsense of stretching my ear holes out. Thank you Llis Kirax, for bringing my vision into play for this next posting.
Outfit number one has got to be my personal favorite in game at this present time. It screams indie rock with a punkish flare, which tickles me pink. My favorite glasses from Miel are present, as well as the *Luck Inc.* Petite White Dress that just goes amazing with the Slit Tights from *Gigi Couture*.
This second outfit was brought to mind by looking at an old friend of mines Myspace page, decked to the nine in pink with her pink Christmas tree, pink hair and pink Hello Kitty everything. I love these legging/pajama pants from oyakin. Everything is super cheap there, and the quality is epic. Paired with my oh so amazing Team Edward shirt, we all know I’m rooting for the vampires.
Last, but certainly not least, I’m sporting a rock show-esque style outfit. Seeing this outfit makes me wish that I were still active in the concert scene. The deafening sounds of the crowd, the scent of cheap beer, I don’t know how I’m surviving without it. Recent hair from Lamb, gloves and necklace by this one little place that I just recently found called .:*LOULOU&CO*:. . Keepin it real with some old skool tattoos from artilleri.

Hihihi. It’s been a few days. I am a procratinator to be sure. I left all the new shit to be blogged up to Alika and she delivered. This whore, I swear. She’s so gud and I <3 her so much that she’s now an admin on this site and can post regularly because I take forever to get around to it. This post is me and Trace Collas but the next one or two or whatever is gonna be solely Alika. Enjoy, pplz.
New hair from (Posh!). I freaking loved it. I bought 4 of the new 5. Though truly, I’m not feeling her new blonde textures, I still love her work. For this blog I brought back a few pieces that I’ve blogged before, some super old, some relatively new, and some new to my blog yet old to my inventory :>.
The first look I decided I wanted a traveling gypsy/woody look. Boots from Naughty, a chiffon skirt from oyakin*, and a few choice tops from Surf Couture and WWI completed this look. I absolutely loved it.
The second was a little bit easier. The main basis for the outfit was the highwaisted pants from *Gigi Couture*‘s clothing outlet. (Like, 50 linden!) I originally was going to pair it with the Maps jacket from &bean, but I chose instead an old ollldd coat from Made in Hell that has the same look yet with a punk edge. The heels from Sugar’N'Spice and the group gift socks from MIEL gave the finishing touch to that creation.
Aah. The age old battle! Religion revolves around it. Politics revolves around it. Daily life revolves around it. Why not incorporate Ye Olde Conflict into fashion? Another look I’ve decided to do was Angel and Devil. Possibly in the literal sense. Who knows? I love having a theme to achieve.
My angel look is kinda not really angelic. I just realized this as I was looking over the proofs. I mean, short skirt? Lol. I don’t care though, I think it’s fab. The boho dress I picked up from *Gigi Couture*. I cannot get enough of that girl’s store. I mean, everything she makes is rad.

Well hai there! I would just like to get this outta the way because some of you are probably wondering why I never blog new items. Why? Because everyone knows about them! You get your little NC updates and Group notices so you all know about them. Why should I show you what you’ve already seen? Haha. So I’ve decided that the next few posts will not be new things, nor things on sale. I’ve rifled through my inventory (and omg. haha.) I’ve found old pieces to mix with semi-new pieces and it also gives you other creators’ whose lovely work needs to be praised!

My first look emphasizes the tail end of Summer and going into Fall. Of course I’m sure you all have Miel‘s Mo Pocket Pants as well as Gigi Couture‘s plain tank. I don’t remember buying the plain tank, so it must have been a group gift. O.o. Who knows? Hah. The pullover was from LoveDot in a freebie bag in the old vive9. There were lots of other adorable goodies in that bag as well that I’ll probably blog at a later time. To finish the look, I added one of Posh‘s hairs that I picked up at HF2009. I was surprisingly happy with this compilation and it’s definitely something I’d wear around.

The next look was built around Emery‘s dakota jacket. I have a coat similar to this in RL, so I decided to compile this look as something I would wear myself. The scarf was picked up a llooonngg time ago by Frangipani Designs. Keeping the same tank underneath, I paired them with some jeans I pulled from an Apple May Designs outfit called Delilah. Random gloves and a FREEBIE HAIR!!!! from Free Speerit completed this look.
AND FOR THE FINAL LOOK TODAY. This one kind of has a collegiate, intellectual look. Therefore the outfit is appropriately named Smarty by Apple May Designs. I really like this look when I saw it, and it comes with optional vest or no vest as well as two other colors: Olive green and Sea blue. Gawjuss, truly. The pumps were blogged in an earlier post by Maitreya and was her group gift. I chose the brown as well as the sculpted hair by {Heading to Dreamville.} and voila! You’re ready for the hallways of your alma mater. Or…to make people think you’re smart or something. Iono! Just do what ya do, grrl.
