Spotted! Lonely Boy’s BFF Vanessa Abrams in the coffee shop…as always. Though she’s not elite as the rest of us, her own personal style leaves envy in our hearts. I (Jordyn) got Belle. Let’s just say that me and yellow never work. But I found this cute romper while browsing Pink Outfitters and it was a fucking treat. Besides the whole yellow fiasco, I don’t do brunette hair either. But at 95 L, I couldn’t resist picking up some hair from Mustache.
(Alika) I literally think this one is -the- best one. I mean, she looks FAB. Pink Outfitters is where it’s at! I mean, I would love to be Dopey and get to look at that tail all day. Besides, I could use a hot maid like that to clean -my- house.
Now for this one, I had the ripped dress from Deviant Girls and I decided that, since we were doing princesses, that a crown was in order, yeah? Some random crown I found in my inventory and a sleeping mask (Duh, I’m sure the sun peeking through the windows would have disrupted her beauty rest) from *~*Illusions*~* completed this look. Besides, whats a punky little scene dress without some fishnets and combat boots? Just another fashion do.
She actually hates this look, but I freakin love it. I would think that if Jasmine were in 2009 and if she updated her look (I mean, belly shirts? Pft!) she would definitely be on the harem pants train. Like these adorable ones from (Milk Motion)! Of course, the modest jihad woman that she is, she’d have to cover the hair with a wrap like the one from *Kookie*. I mean, she’s married after all to Aladdin.

I’m not a fan of blue. I mean, I’ve tried! So when I found this adorable dress from couverture I decided to give it a whirl. I love it! I guess blue really does work with blonde hair. The socks were FREE, yes FREE from Emery and of course you can’t have a complete Cinderella look without some diamond shoes! Sling-backs, of course. I don’t think there’s enough Dr. Scholl’s moleskin to keep the blisters away on some diamond pumps. :S

The next series of posts will be many, my theme easy to achieve; colorless. The following series of outfits are showcasing the beauty that -is- black and white. I love it. You can do so much with it. I wear a lot of black in RL because black is classic. In these entries I myself am not only modeling but a plethora of my friends; alika Yue, Altair Zsun, Jay Frangilli, Thena Claxton, Lavendar Paine, Sandi Carling, etc. etc. We <3 black.
I motherfucking love this dress. Absolutely, 153.83% love this dress. One of the only items I’ve ever bought that I bought a fatpack of. Kenzie&Co. knocked this one outta the park. In addition to tha sexiness, TRUTH‘s new hair “Cameron” was sweet. I mean, that Truth guy does not stop! I don’t want him to though.

This dress is an oldie but a goodie. I think I’ve had it for like, 2 years but I couldn’t resist blogging it. It’s adorable! I mean, I think every person in the freaking grid has about 185,191 Armidi/Gisaci/Elephant Outfitters items. I paired it with the super cute FREE leggings from World Wide Industries and a high fashion updo from LeLutka and booties from Maitreya. Voila.

Okay first of all, this sweater from MG Fashions? Hotness. I loved it. I bought like, 4 different colors. There is an optional chest piece to wear, but I don’t like that part much and truly the garment is banging without it. I paired it with &bean‘s Shoreline slacks and these hot ass leather boots from ANEXX. Salivating is acceptable.

I love the LeLutka sim. Truthfully! I think the store is built ridiculously well and the items that fill said store are equal in awesomeness. So the centerpiece of today’s blog entry is this completely adorable dress I found while browsing in the clothing section; Tally’s Dress in Ivory. Not only is this dress completely boho and warm, it can easily be paired with heels, boots, flats, and a number of other accessories such as scarves.
While working yesterday, I left my toon logged in and came back to….UPDATES FROM fri.day! I think I came a little when I read that :>. No but Dylan was a must-have, for sure. The accessories were old that I paired with this look, dressing down the epicness of the dress with Naith Smit‘s Rock’N'Rolla chain as well as Bax Coen‘s Prestige boots. An added treat was running across the Baroque rings from Dollita.

I don’t know about you all, but Autumn is my favorite season. Living in the Midwest of US, you get those scorching dog days of summer and those sub-zero miserable days in winter. Fall, here, is not only beautiful but a happy medium between the two polar opposites of weather. Not only that, but I can finally dig my coats, scarves, and boots out after a long summer hidden in the back of my closet! Apparently hippie chic has made it’s comeback this and last year, so I’ve decided to incorporate this trend into my looks into my SL look today.
Hippie Chic.
My first look is inspired by…Cher! Now, we can all agree that Cher is a little…eccentric. But back in the 70′s, she was a revolutionary and a style icon. She pretty much single handedly put the hippie/country look on the scene. So I visited Church of Luxe this week, a cute little boutique in the Tableau sim by Lo Jacobs. I just have three words for you; FIFTY. LINDEN. SALE. K, that’s really all you need to know. No, haha. Lo’s pieces are adorable. I fell instantly in thrall with the “Heidi” outfit. Of course the main eye-catcher of this ensemble is the vest. Then of course, I had to buy “Naomi” because, well, that coat was to die for. So I bought a few outfits from [CoL] and mixed and matched. The first look is completely [CoL] save for the boots and of course hair/skin/shape blah blah.

On to the second! I believe this look screams “Nicole Richie.” And, as we’ve seen plastered all over the magazines, maxi-dresses are a must. Their billowing skirts give you freedom to move yet the skimpy top part adds the youth element to the garment. I absolutely adore these dresses by Doppelganger Inc. I had barely saw them on their ad one day in the Starlust sim, before I hit “Click. Buy.” And it hadn’t even completely rezzed! I mean, they’re just that adorable. One price gets you three different colors; White, fuschia, and teal. I chose to model white today so that I could pair the Olsen twin-esque hair by [LeLutka] and Nicole inspired shades by FNKY!. It’s more of a summer look, but thankfully during the beginnings of Autumn, the day time is rather warm. Which, of course, gives you the perfect excuse to toss a jacket or scarf on for the cooler afternoons/evenings!

And for our final look today! Truthfully, I randomly tossed this together :p. The sweater dress I saw while browsing Ce Cubic Effect a few weeks ago and oh. my. God! It had to be mine, though I did have to steal Lindens from Trace for it. (I’m beginning to think I need a budget!) I felt the black color would incorporate the desired warmth feel of a sweater as one would wear darker colors in cooler temperatures to absorb heat. What’s great about this dress is that it can easily be paired with pants, a skirt, or even worn as a dress as you see here. Not only that but the piece is so versatile, you can wear the spiked boots as I did, or even opt for clogs, flats, even tennis shoes! You truthfully can’t go wrong with versatility.
